Research at a Glance
  • What it is: GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV pre-blended in one lyophilized vial, 80mg total. One vial, not a kit.
  • Research areas: soft-tissue and tendon repair (BPC-157), wound closure and cell migration (TB-500), matrix remodeling in connective-tissue cells (GHK-Cu), and inflammatory signaling in gut and immune cells (KPV).
  • Evidence level: Each compound has its own preclinical literature, mostly animal and lab-dish work, with a small amount of human data on Thymosin Beta-4. No published study has tested the four compounds together.
  • The short version: This is four separately studied compounds sitting in one vial. Each has its own research history that has nothing to do with the other three. What has not been studied is the combination, in any species, so anything said about how they behave as a group is inference rather than evidence.

What it is

KLOW is four separate peptides, BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu and KPV, pre-blended in one lyophilized vial, 80mg total. It ships as a single vial of powder, not as a set of separate vials. Each of the four is also sold on its own, and each has its own page with its full identity.

Specs at a glance. Reference values for the compound named on the label, from PubChem or KEGG. They describe the compound, not a measurement of the vial you receive. Molecular weight is the free base (the peptide alone, without a salt). Synthetic peptides are usually supplied as a salt such as acetate or TFA, and the salt in this vial has not been confirmed. For GHK-Cu the weight is the copper complex, with GHK alone also shown.

Compound KLOW Blend. Four peptides pre-blended in one vial: GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV.
Form Lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in one sealed vial, pre-blended
Vial size 80 mg per vial
Storage (dry powder) -20°C or colder, long term. Keep the vial sealed and away from light.
Lab report No lab report on file for this compound. All lab reports →

A blend has no single formula, molecular weight or CAS number. Values are given for each component.

Component Labeled amount Molecular formula Molecular weight (average, free base) CAS number
GHK-Cu 50 mg C14H23CuN6O4+ (copper complex) 402.92 g/mol (copper complex). GHK alone: 340.38 89030-95-5 (copper complex)
BPC-157 10 mg C62H98N16O22 1419.56 g/mol 137525-51-0
TB-500 (specified as full-length thymosin beta-4) 10 mg C212H350N56O78S 4963.5 g/mol 77591-33-4
KPV 10 mg C16H30N4O4 342.43 g/mol 67727-97-3

Values are for full-length thymosin beta-4, the form the supplier specifies. No lab report on file gives a molecular mass, so the reports do not confirm full-length over the short seven-amino-acid fragment.

What the evidence is

No published study has tested this combination of four. The closest is a 2026 rat study of two of them, BPC-157 and TB-500, given together after Achilles tendon repair: the pair gave no added benefit over either compound alone (Biçer et al., Joint Diseases and Related Surgery, 2026). The rest of the research behind KLOW is on one compound at a time.

Component Kind of evidence Product page Research summary
BPC-157 Animal and cell. A 2025 systematic review found 35 of 36 musculoskeletal studies were in animals or cells. The one human study was a look back at patient charts with no control group BPC-157 10mg BPC-157 research
TB-500 Animal and cell, plus small Phase 2 human trials of full-length thymosin beta-4. The completed dry eye trial (72 adults) missed both of its main measures TB-500 10mg TB-500 research
GHK-Cu Cell. The GHK-Cu studies cited on the KLOW research summary are lab-dish work on fibroblasts, plus a review of gene-expression data GHK-Cu 50mg GHK-Cu research
KPV Cell and mouse, mostly induced colitis in mice. No published human trial KPV 10mg KPV research

Questions about KLOW

Is this one vial or a kit?

One vial. All four compounds are pre-blended in a single lyophilized vial, 80mg total. It is not a set of separate vials. Each compound is also sold on its own, linked in the table above.

Has this combination been studied?

Not as a blend of four. We found no published study of all four together on PubMed (searched 24 September 2026). One 2026 rat study gave two of them, BPC-157 and TB-500, together after Achilles tendon repair, and the pair did no better than either alone (Biçer et al., 2026). The rest of the research behind KLOW tested each compound by itself.

Where can I buy the KLOW blend for research?

Etched Research sells the KLOW blend on this page as one 80mg pre-blended vial of lyophilized powder, for laboratory research use only, shipped to US addresses. Where an independent laboratory report exists for a compound, the measurements are published on the lab reference page, including the compounds we hold no report for.

What is the difference between KLOW and GLOW?

GLOW holds three of the same compounds, GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500, in one 70mg vial. KLOW adds a fourth, KPV, for 80mg total. No published study has compared the two blends or tested either one.
