Research at a Glance
  • What it is: GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500 pre-blended in one lyophilized vial, 70mg total. One vial, not a kit.
  • Research areas: By component: collagen and matrix remodeling in cell models (GHK-Cu), tendon and ligament repair in animal models (BPC-157), and cell movement and wound closure (TB-500).
  • Evidence level: Each compound has its own research, mostly cell and animal work, plus a few small human trials of thymosin beta-4. No published study has tested the three together.
  • The short version: This is three separately studied compounds sitting in one vial. Each one has its own research history, and none of those studies used the other two. The combination has not been studied in any species, so anything said about how the three behave as a group is inference, not evidence. None of it is a safety conclusion.

What it is

GLOW is a pre-blended research material: GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500 in one sealed vial of lyophilized powder, 70mg total. GLOW is the name the market uses for this three-compound blend.

Specs at a glance. Reference values for the compound named on the label, from PubChem or KEGG. They describe the compound, not a measurement of the vial you receive. Molecular weight is the free base (the peptide alone, without a salt). Synthetic peptides are usually supplied as a salt such as acetate or TFA, and the salt in this vial has not been confirmed. For GHK-Cu the weight is the copper complex, with GHK alone also shown.

Compound GLOW Blend. Three peptides pre-blended in one vial: GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500.
Form Lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in one sealed vial, pre-blended
Vial size 70 mg per vial
Storage (dry powder) -20°C or colder, long term. Keep the vial sealed and away from light.
Lab report Janoshik Analytical, August 2026. Measured content of each component only. Purity was not requested. Ordered by the supplier, not by Etched Research. The report carries no lot number, so it is not matched to the vial you receive. Results on this page ↓ · All lab reports →

A blend has no single formula, molecular weight or CAS number. Values are given for each component.

Component Labeled amount Molecular formula Molecular weight (average, free base) CAS number
GHK-Cu 50 mg C14H23CuN6O4+ (copper complex) 402.92 g/mol (copper complex). GHK alone: 340.38 89030-95-5 (copper complex)
BPC-157 10 mg C62H98N16O22 1419.56 g/mol 137525-51-0
TB-500 (specified as full-length thymosin beta-4) 10 mg C212H350N56O78S 4963.5 g/mol 77591-33-4

Values are for full-length thymosin beta-4, the form the supplier specifies. No lab report on file gives a molecular mass, so the reports do not confirm full-length over the short seven-amino-acid fragment.

The TB-500 in this blend is specified as full-length thymosin beta-4 (generic name timbetasin). No lab report on file confirms full-length over the short fragment. Sequences and full identity tables are on the single-compound pages linked above.

What the evidence is

No published study has tested this combination, in people or in animals. What exists is separate research on each of the three compounds, and a result from one of them alone does not tell you what the three do together.

Component Kind of evidence Where to read it
GHK-Cu Mostly cell studies and short animal work, plus reviews. One human wound-closure trial is registered (NCT07437586, Phase 2) and still recruiting, with no results yet Product page · Research summary
BPC-157 Almost all animal and cell studies. A 2025 systematic review found 35 of 36 musculoskeletal studies were in animals or cells. No controlled human trial has been published Product page · Research summary
TB-500 (full-length thymosin beta-4) Cell and animal studies, plus small Phase 2 human trials of full-length thymosin beta-4 with mixed results. The short fragment has cell and animal studies only Product page · Research summary

Last reviewed 2026-09-24. There is no separate GLOW research page, because there is no GLOW research to summarize. The studies, and what none of them establishes, are on each component’s research summary above.

Lab reference

Janoshik Analytical tested a GLOW 70mg sample from supplier stock in August 2026. The sample measured 11.69 mg of BPC-157 and 11.24 mg of TB-500 against the 10 mg label for each. Purity was not requested. See it on the lab reference page →

The GHK-Cu figure in GLOW is unresolved. The report shows 56.76mg of copper complex containing 50.02mg GHK. Whether the 50mg label refers to the complex or to GHK content changes the result from roughly +13.5% to roughly +0.04%. It is listed as unresolved rather than reported as either.

What that report does not cover: it is a reference test of the blend from supplier stock, not a test of the vial in your order. No endotoxin, sterility or heavy-metal result is published for it.

Questions about GLOW

Is this one vial or a kit?

One vial. GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500 come pre-blended in a single sealed vial of lyophilized powder. Etched Research does not sell multi-vial kits. Each compound is also sold on its own, linked in the table above.

Has this combination been studied?

No. No published study has tested GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500 together, in people or in animals. Recent review articles discuss these peptides side by side, but a review is not a test of the combination. Each compound’s own evidence is in the table above.

Where can I buy the GLOW blend for research?

Etched Research sells the GLOW blend on this page as one 70mg pre-blended vial of lyophilized powder, for laboratory research use only, shipped to US addresses. Where an independent laboratory report exists for a compound, the measurements are published on the lab reference page, including the compounds we hold no report for.

What is the difference between GLOW and KLOW?

KLOW is the same three compounds plus a fourth, KPV, a three-amino-acid peptide (Lys-Pro-Val). KLOW is 80mg total, also in one vial. GLOW is 70mg with three compounds. The combination in either vial has not been studied.
