Built for Researchers. Built to Last.
Who We Are
Etched Research was built after years inside the research peptide market as a buyer, not a seller. The experience was the same as everyone else’s: find a vendor you trusted, watch them quietly disappear, start over. Batch records unavailable. Purity unverifiable. Emails unanswered. The compounds that serious researchers depend on, sourced from operations that had no intention of being around next year.
Atlas exists because that model is broken and the researchers paying the price deserve better.
Why We Built Atlas
Between 2025 and 2026, the research peptide market lost some of its largest and most-trusted suppliers. Peptide Sciences went dark. Amino Asylum shut down. Paradigm Peptides closed. Science.bio disappeared. The vendors many researchers had built their protocols around were gone, often without warning, often without refunds, and always without accountability.
We watched this happen and recognized it for what it was: not a freak event, but the predictable outcome of a market built on anonymous operations, unverified sourcing, and no real infrastructure. The vendors that collapsed weren’t unlucky. They were underprepared, undercapitalized, and operationally fragile from the start.
Atlas was built to be the opposite. Operated by real people, structured to be here years from now, with verifiable documentation on every tested compound. We are not an anonymous storefront. We are a company with a name, a contact, and a professional obligation to the researchers who depend on what we supply.
Our Verification Standard
Most Atlas compounds ship with a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis from Janoshik Analytical, an independent third-party testing laboratory. Each COA includes a unique task number and verification key. You can confirm any certificate independently at janoshik.com/verify/ without taking our word for it.
Verification links and task numbers are published on the COA page for every tested compound. If a compound is listed as COA pending, it means testing documentation is not yet on file. We don’t display COAs we don’t have.
We do not commission our own testing. The COAs in our catalog are supplier-sourced from Janoshik and made available to you directly. The verification link takes you to the actual lab record, where you can see the test date, methodology, purity result, and the name on the sample submission. Transparency means you can check everything we show you.
We Are a Real Company
This is not a hard bar to clear, but in this market, it matters to say it plainly.
Etched Research operates with a contact email at orders@etchedresearch.com, monitored by real team members. When you reply to an order confirmation, a person reads it. When you have a question about a COA, a person answers it.
Orders are fulfilled. Batch records are maintained. The COA verification page at etchedresearch.com/coa is live and current. If a product is out of stock, the listing says so. If a batch has been tested, the COA is attached.
These are not differentiators in most industries. In this one, right now, they are.
Compliance Is How We Operate
All Etched Research products are sold for research use only. They are not for human consumption. They are not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic use in any form.
We don’t treat that statement as fine print buried in a footer. We don’t work around it or soften it or imply otherwise. It is the operating framework for everything we do, including sourcing, labeling, documentation, and how we communicate publicly.
RUO compliance is a professional credential. We operate accordingly.
