Etched Research is a registered Wyoming company, Etched Research LLC, that resells research peptides as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder for laboratory research use only. We publish the lab measurements we hold and name the gaps. Results from our own lot-matched testing aren’t in yet, and this page says so plainly.
What does Etched Research sell?
Synthetic peptides and a few related research compounds, sold as dry powder in sealed vials. That’s the whole product line. Browse the shop or start with the research library, which sorts the published studies on each compound by research area.
We are a reseller. We don’t manufacture, and we don’t name the manufacturer. We name the testing lab instead.
Why powder only?
Freeze-dried powder is the stable form of a peptide. A peptide in liquid is a different kind of product, and it breaks down faster. So we ship the powder only, and the shop carries no water, diluents or mixing supplies. The longer version is in Lyophilized vs Reconstituted: Why We Ship Powder Only.
What has been tested, and what hasn’t?
Here’s where things stand, without the polish.
- What we hold. Reports from Janoshik Analytical for a set of compounds, listing the measured amount against the label and, where it was requested, purity. Their measurements are on the COA page.
- Who paid for them. The supplier, not Etched Research. None of them carries a lot number. They describe material tested on the date shown, not the vial in a given shipment.
- What is missing. Some compounds have no report from any source. The COA page lists them by name. Purity was not requested on some reports, which is a gap in what was ordered, not a failed test.
- What comes next. Each lot that arrives gets an Etched Research lot code. Samples from our lots will go to an independent lab, and each result will post to the COA page against its lot code, so a report can be matched to a vial carrying that code. Labs under evaluation for that work include Janoshik Analytical and Freedom Diagnostics.
Until a lot has been tested under Etched Research, the COA page shows what the supply chain has measured and nothing more.
How does Etched Research handle research use only?
All products we sell are for laboratory research. Not for human consumption. We don’t give dosing, mixing or use advice, on this site or in a support reply. We describe what was studied and what the studies did not show. The research library is written that way on purpose.
How do I reach Etched Research?
Through the contact form. It goes to a monitored customer service desk. Order replies reach the same place. Orders ship to US addresses only, and the details are on the shipping policy.
Common questions
Is Etched Research the same company as Etched, the AI chip maker?
No. Etched Research LLC is an independent company that resells lyophilized research peptides. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Etched, the AI chip company.
Has Etched Research tested its own lots?
Not yet. The reports on the COA page were commissioned by the supplier and carry no lot number. When a lot is tested under Etched Research, the result posts to the COA page against that lot’s code.
Who makes the peptides Etched Research sells?
Etched Research doesn’t name its manufacturer. It names the testing lab instead, and publishes the measurements from those reports on the COA page, including the compounds with no report on file.
