What Are Cookies

We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use our website. Clarity records the pages you view and your clicks, taps, scrolling and mouse movement, so we can replay a visit and see heatmaps of where people click. We use this to find pages that are confusing or broken.

Clarity hides anything you type into a form, such as your name, email, address or payment details, before it leaves your browser. We also hide the order and address details shown on your order confirmation page and everything inside your account pages.

Clarity uses first-party and third-party cookies to do this. Microsoft collects and processes this data as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement at microsoft.com/privacy/privacystatement, and may also use it to improve its own products and for advertising. Attribution Cookies

We use Sourcebuster, a first-party tool, to track how visitors arrive at our site (referring website, search terms, UTM campaign parameters) and how many times you’ve visited. Payment Processors

Bank transfers are handled by our bank. Cryptocurrency payments are handled by our cryptocurrency processor. Each processor operates under its own privacy policy and is responsible for data collected during payment processing.

Shipping Carriers

Your name, address, and order details are shared with shipping carriers (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx) solely to fulfill and deliver your order.

Hosting and Technology Providers

Our website is hosted on Kinsta. We use WooCommerce and WordPress to operate our store. These providers may process data on our behalf under contractual data protection obligations.

Analytics Providers

Usage data is processed by Google Analytics 4, as described under Cookies and Analytics above. We do not send your name, email address or shipping address to Google through Analytics.

Session Recording Provider

Usage and session data is processed by Microsoft Clarity, as described under Cookies and Analytics above. Text typed into forms is hidden and never sent to Microsoft. We do not send your name, email address or order details to Microsoft.

Email Service Provider

We use Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) to send our emails, including the emails about your orders, and to store our subscriber list. When you sign up for our email notes, Brevo sends you a confirmation email, and you join the list only after you click the link in it. Brevo stores your email address along with two details we record: which compounds you asked to hear about, if any, and the date of the signup wording you agreed to. Brevo may also record whether an email was opened and which links in it were clicked. Each marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. We do not sell our email list.

Sign Up With Google

Our signup pop-up lets you use your Google account instead of typing your email. Google’s sign-up button loads only when that pop-up opens. If you click it and choose an account, Google sends us your email address along with basic profile details such as your name and photo. We keep only the email address and discard the rest. Your address then goes through the same confirmation email as a typed signup, and you join the list only after you click the link in it. To avoid showing the pop-up too often, your browser remembers the date it last appeared, and whether you signed up, for 14 days. That stays on your device and is never sent to us. Google’s own privacy policy covers what Google does when you use its button.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, subpoena, court order, or government request, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, prevent fraud, or ensure the safety of our users.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy:

Order and transaction records: Retained for a minimum of 7 years to comply with tax and accounting obligations
Account information: Retained for the life of your account. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data except where retention is required by law
Marketing consent records: Retained until you withdraw consent
Analytics data: Visit-level data is kept for the period set in our Google Analytics 4 data retention setting, currently 14 months. Totals in standard reports are kept longer.
Session recordings: Kept by Microsoft Clarity for 30 days. Recordings we save for review, a random sample of recordings, heatmaps and click data are kept for up to 9 months.

When data is no longer needed and retention is not legally required, we delete or anonymize it securely.

Your Rights

Deletion: You may request that we delete your personal data, subject to any legal retention obligations
