Etched Research ships research materials to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally and we cannot ship to freight forwarders.
Shipping cost
Standard Shipping is a flat $9.95 on every order, regardless of size or destination within the US. There are no thresholds and no promotional shipping rates.
Processing
We process every order the same day. Once payment is confirmed before 3:00 PM Pacific on a business day, your order ships that day. Payment confirmed after 3:00 PM, on a weekend, or on a holiday ships the next business day.
Orders paid by bank transfer
Your order stays on hold until we confirm the funds have arrived. Nothing ships before that, and the same-day cutoff above starts from the moment we confirm payment, not from when you placed the order. Bank transfers usually take a few business days to settle, so build that into your timing. We do not dispatch against a pending transfer or a screenshot of one.
Tracking
We email you a tracking number the same day your parcel goes out. If you have not received tracking by the end of the day your order shipped, contact us and we will send it.
Transit
Transit time depends on the carrier and your destination. Most domestic parcels arrive within a few business days of dispatch. Carrier delays, weather, and holiday volume are outside our control and we cannot guarantee a delivery date.
Address accuracy
You are responsible for the address you enter at checkout. Check it before you complete your order. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once the parcel is back in our hands and the shipping cost is paid again.
Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels
If tracking stops updating, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we will open a claim with the carrier. Do not discard the packaging, since carriers usually require it for a damage claim. We will either reship or refund once the claim is resolved.

All products ship as lyophilized powder. Everything sold by Etched Research is supplied for laboratory research use only and is not for human or veterinary use.
